Terms and Conditions

1.1    By continuing to use this website or browse through it, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use and supply in conjunction with our privacy policy.


1.2    Amanda Davey is the owner of the website. She is the sole proprietor and the correspondence address for this website is Arun House, Hurst Road, Horsham RH12 2DN. The terms ‘Tilia Publishing UK’, ‘us’ or ‘we’ refer to her in this context. The term ‘you’ refers to users or viewers of the website.

Terms of Use


1.3    All content is for your general information and use only and is subject to change without notice. While we endeavour to keep information up-to-date and correct, we cannot provide any warranty as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the material on this website for particular purposes. You acknowledge that such information and materials may have inaccuracies/errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies/errors to the fullest extent allowed by law.


1.4    Your use of any information/materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.


1.5    This website contains material which is owned or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance, photographs and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice.


1.6    Unauthorised use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.


1.7    The presence of links to other websites is for your convenience and does not signify that we endorse those sites, for which we have no responsibility for the content.


1.8    Your use of this website is covered by the laws of England and Wales.

Returns and Refunds


1.9    Requests for refunds must be made within seven working days of receiving an order. This can be done through email to amanda@tiliaservices.co.uk, by telephone to 0871 226 2107 (calls charged at 13p per minute on a landline) or by post to Arun House, Hurst Road, Horsham RH12 2DN, including details of the order.


1.10    To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs and we advise you use a trackable services. We regret we will not refund lost returns.


1.11    To request a return, contact Tilia Publishing UK to arrange how a refund will be made. Not contacting us first could make the return exempt from receiving a refund.


1.12    Once your return has been received you will be sent an email detailing if your refund has been approved or not. If it is approved, credit will be applied, usually to your original method of payment, within 14 days.

Faulty or Damaged Items


1.14    While we take great care in the packing and supply of our products, should your order arrive damaged please make contact with Tilia Publishing UK immediately to report the problem and follow the returns information provided above. All damaged items must be returned within seven days of reporting the damage. The same is the case for any faulty items.

Product Illustrations

1.15    All illustrations of products used on our site are for illustrative purposes only and we cannot guarantee that what you see on your computer’s monitor will accurately reflect the colour of the products supplied. Your products may vary slightly from those images.

Delivery


1.16    We aim for all UK and Channel Island items to be dispatched within 2 working days of receipt of order and dispatched via a Royal Mail service that is appropriate for the product(s). Please expect your order to arrive within 3-6 working days unless notified of any alterations.


1.17    For International deliveries we do currently ship to Europe and North America using Royal Mail or a reasonable and reliable equivalent. Delivery can be unpredictable but should be within two weeks of shipping. International delivery may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches its destination. Please note that you will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes and that we have no control over these charges. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.


1.18    For delayed or missing items from orders, once dispatched we are not responsible for any delays. Please allow as much time as possible between your order and the required delivery date. Since the carrier is almost always Royal Mail, we are unable to refund or replace missing items until 20 days after the date of dispatch as this is the period after which the Royal Mail class items as being lost.

Privacy and Cookies


1.19    Tilia Publishing UK is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Any requests for the provision of certain information by which you can be identified through the use of this website, we make the assurance that it will be used only in accordance with this privacy statement.


1.20    What we may collect:
    - Name and title
    - Contact information including email address and postal address
    - In the future there could be collection of information relevant to customer surveys and/or offers.


1.21    With this information we will use it primarily for the administration of your order or for internal record keeping. We may send out notification of new products from time to time, but you will always be able to unsubscribe to these emails.


1.22    We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure and in order to prevent unauthorised access we use suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures with the aim of safeguarding and securing the information we collect online. We review these arrangements on a regular basis.


1.23    Use of cookies. The website does use these small files to track and analyse web traffic for administrative purposes. They help us to monitor the pages you find useful and allow us to do statistical analysis. The cookie in no way gives us or any third party access to your computer or any information about you apart from the pages that you visit and some of the data that you share with us. Cookies can be accepted or declined, although declining may prevent you from getting the full functionality of the website.
